  14. I'm using a USR Courier PCMCIA modem, and I'm trying to upgrade its Flash 
  15. ROM using an SDL file.  So far, I haven't been successfull, because all I 
  16. get is an "ERROR(15) Handshake failed" error.  I'm running Win 95.
